Civil Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in site and infrastructure design to join a collaborative engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of development projects, contribute to complex engineering solutions, and support projects from planning through construction.

• Prepare construction plans, specifications, cost estimates, schedules, and design narratives
• Develop site layouts, grading plans, drainage calculations, and roadway designs
• Design water distribution and wastewater collection systems
• Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to master development plans and comprehensive engineering studies
• Review construction shop drawings for compliance with project specifications
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design and construction challenges
• Maintain a high level of technical expertise through ongoing professional development
• Adhere to all company and regulatory health and safety requirements
• Perform additional duties as project requires

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
• 5 to 8 years of experience focused on site and infrastructure design
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, Hydro
  
  CAD, and Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Possibly international travel
