Are you a seasoned project manager with deep expertise in electrical systems and utility infrastructure? Join our dynamic PMO team as lead or senior Project Manager, where you’ll drive the design, implementation, and modernization of critical electrical projects across transmission, distribution, substation, and underground systems. As a seasoned Project Manager, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of complex utility initiatives—from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery.

You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure projects meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards.

Lead large‑scale utility projects including grid modernization and infrastructure upgrades. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocations. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and regulatory teams. Monitor KPIs, mitigate risks, and report progress to senior leadership.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. 15–20 years of experience with large complex utility projects, electrical system design, installation, and/or maintenance type projects. (10–15 for senior level). PMP or equivalent certification preferred. Proven success delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to travel and work onsite as needed.

• This position pays between $120,000 and $160,000 annually and is an exempt position.
• Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and retirement plan with company match. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.
