Senior Hardware Design Engineer

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is searching for a Senior Hardware Design Engineer in Marlborough, MA.

Our client is seeking a Senior Hardware Design Engineer to join a talented, collaborative team developing secure communications technology used worldwide. In this role, you will design, prototype, and test high-speed digital circuit boards that power advanced encrypted communications systems. You will leverage modeling, simulation, schematic capture, and signal integrity tools while working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
• 5 years of digital and analog hardware design experience
• Expertise in the design of high-speed digital circuit boards
• Knowledge of complex digital systems such as FPGAs, processors, and microcontrollers
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
