& Pay:
  • Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Up to $31.00 per hour

What

You'll Do Each Day:
  • Assemble prototypes and products according to engineering design plans
  • Perform equipment setup, testing, inspection, repair, and routine maintenance
  • Troubleshoot process and design challenges and propose practical solutions
  • Test prototypes per engineering instructions and accurately document results
  • Communicate task progress and results to project engineers and team members
  • Coordinate with internal teams and approved vendors to obtain supplies and services
  • Perform basic statistical analysis to support development decisions
  • Train team members on new product processes and procedures
  • Support calibration and maintenance programs for R&D test equipment
  • Maintain strict compliance with quality system requirements and documentation
What We're Looking For:
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience in a related technical discipline
  • At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a technical, laboratory, or manufacturing environment
  • Solid understanding of technical concepts, equipment, and product fundamentals
  • Ability to perform both routine and non‑routine technical assignments
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and documentation skills
  • Comfort working under close to moderate supervision with evolving assignments
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross‑functionally
  • Commitment to quality systems, product safety, and continuous improvement
