Up to $15,000 Sign‑On Bonus Based on Eligibility.

The Surgical Technician demonstrates basic knowledge and skills in the scrub role, necessary to provide assistance during surgical procedures.

• Aseptic technique: set up required equipment, instrumentation, and sterile supplies for assigned cases.
• Scrub and pass instruments and equipment during surgical procedures.
• Pull cases as needed and break down cases at the end of the procedure.
• Set up operating room and supplies needed for day/follow‑up schedules.
• Available for call on an assigned scheduled basis as required by unit need.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Education:
  
  Graduate of a surgical technician program as required by state regulation of practice or policy.
• Experience:
  
  Preferred 1 year as a surgical technician.
• Certifications:
  
  Required BLS; preferred Surgical Technology Certification.

Prior to employment, candidates must successfully complete a background check and a pre‑employment health screening, which includes a drug screen.
