Phlebotomist II Float (Float)
Location: Marlborough, MA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with rotational weekends.
In this float role, you will provide phlebotomy services across patient centers, quickly adapting to new locations and meeting diverse patients daily. Join our community where no two days are the same.
Pay: $22.50 - $24.86 per hour, based on experience, education, and certifications. Successful candidates may be eligible for annual performance bonus.

- Cover assigned territory, performing phlebotomy duties within patient service centers, doctors’ offices, or as business needs dictate.
- Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
- Collect specimens for drug screens, biometric screenings, and insurance exams per established procedures.
- Enter billing information and collect payment when required.
- Coach, mentor, instruct, and act as resource advisor for new employees, serving as point of contact to staff on site and providing regular input to the group lead or supervisor.
- Travel to additional doctors’ offices or patient service center sites when needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
- Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
- Minimum two years in a patient service center environment preferred.
- Customer service experience in retail or service environment preferred.
- Keyboard/data entry experience.
The position requires effective communication in English.
