This is a hospital-based role with ASAP starts only. First preference will be given to those with no RTO for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year holidays with a willingness to support holiday coverage. The facility is open to 8s, 10s, or 12s.

• Crisis evaluations determining level of care for behavioral health
• Arranging psych bed placement
• Obtaining insurance authorization

• Active MA LCSW license required — must have MA license to be submitted
• Flu vaccination required (Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed)

• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Must have comfortability in crisis situations
• Prior experience with psych evaluations required

• Proficiency with Epic charting system

• Weekend requirement:
  Every Other Weekend (EOW)
• Holiday coverage required:
  Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's (no RTO preferred)
• Facility scheduling flexibility: 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts accepted
