Embassy Suites by Hilton Boston Marlborough is seeking a PM Front Desk Supervisor to lead our Front Office team and deliver a warm, efficient guest experience. You will supervise the evening desk, coach agents, and ensure smooth transitions during peak hours.
The ideal candidate has prior hotel Front Desk experience and some supervisory leadership. Weekend availability and a 3:00 PM–11:00 PM schedule are required, with opportunities to grow within a Pyramid Global Hospitality property.
