Position Summary
:
Hotel Lobby Attendants perform a variety of tasks to ensure the lobby area of a hotel is clean and welcoming for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Hotel Lobby Attendants are primarily responsible for maintaining a clean and attractive lobby
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the hotel lobby and common areas
• Remove trash, clean and dust furniture, fixtures, and decor in the lobby
• Ensure all lobby restrooms are clean, stocked with supplies, and functioning properly
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues to the hotel management
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
• High level of professionalism and strong work ethic
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
• High school diploma or equivalent
