* Job Summary:

** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
** Senior IT QA Analyst
** to lead quality assurance efforts for
** Blue Yonder Planning, Allocation, and WMS/TMS modules**. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise in retail supply chain systems, strong leadership in QA practices, and hands-on experience with Blue Yonder implementations.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Lead QA planning, strategy, and execution for Blue Yonder modules across Planning, Allocation, and WMS.
* Design and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
* Oversee functional, integration, regression, and performance testing across multiple environments.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (internal and external) including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure thorough test coverage and alignment with business requirements.
* Validate data flows and system integrations between Blue Yonder and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP-SAP).
* Manage defect lifecycle using tools like JIRA ensuring timely resolution and reporting.
* Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to QA process improvements.
* Participate in UAT planning and execution, and support production validation and release activities.
* Provide QA estimates, risk assessments, and contribute to overall project planning.
** Required

Skills & Experience:

*** 6+ years of QA experience, with at least 3 years in Blue Yonder modules (Planning, Allocation and WMS/TMS).
* Strong understanding of retail supply chain operations and system integrations.
* Proficiency in SQL for data validation and backend testing.
* Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Qmetry, X-ray, Test Rail etc).
* Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
* Proven ability to lead QA efforts in complex, multi-system environments.

This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote  accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.
