About the Team: The Receiver Exciter and Processing Architecture (REPA) Department solves tough radar signal‑processing challenges on high‑performance platforms. This role supports Linux administration and testing of specialized hardware across CPUs, FPGAs, and GPUs.

• Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to support the build, integration, and test of custom processing hardware.
• Maintain IT systems in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux real‑time environment.
• Configure and troubleshoot Ethernet and Infini Band networks.
• Write and execute Python and Bash scripts to automate verification testing.
• Develop integration and test plans; conduct functional, performance, and environmental testing at subsystem level.
• Update FPGA firmware using Quartus.
• Assist in architecting high‑performance hardware systems.
• Work the first shift, 100% on‑site in Marlborough, MA.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a STEM degree, or 3 years with an advanced degree.
• Experience administering Linux operating systems.
• Experience with datacenter or HPC hardware.
• Proficiency in shell, Bash, and Python scripting.

• CompTIA Linux+ certification.
• Experience with automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Git Lab Runner).
• Familiarity with observability tools (Grafana, Telegraf, Prometheus).
• Experience with developer tools (Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, Jira).
• Background in C++.

Salary Range: $82,000 – $164,000 USD
