Sr Director, Global Supply Chain, IT Solutions

Step into a highly visible, enterprise-scale leadership role guiding global Supply Chain technology strategy for a world-class, regulated manufacturing organization. This role partners closely with senior executives to shape and execute the end-to-end IT roadmap across planning, manufacturing, sourcing, and order fulfillment.

You’ll serve as the primary IT business partner for Global Supply Chain, leading transformation initiatives, driving modernization, and guiding a lean, high-performing global team.

• Lead and execute the global IT roadmap supporting end-to-end Supply Chain operations

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior executive leadership

• Drive enterprise transformation across ERP and supply chain platforms

• Oversee a global team delivering planning, manufacturing, sourcing, and logistics solutions

• Ensure strong governance, change management, and cross-functional alignment

• Present quarterly business reviews to senior leadership

• 10+ years of IT leadership experience in large, global, regulated environments

• Deep expertise in Global Supply Chain systems and processes

• Strong experience with Oracle ERP (Oracle Cloud preferred)

• Proven ability to lead large-scale enterprise transformations

• Strong understanding of planning, scheduling, manufacturing, sourcing, order management, and logistics

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

• Background spanning consulting, IT leadership, or business operations

• Executive-level communication and presentation skills

• Strong change management, systems delivery, and global program leadership

• Ability to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps

• Exceptional relationship management and stakeholder influence

• Proven success leading in complex, matrixed global environments

• Passion for developing high-performing teams and future leaders
