Kyyba is recruiting for the position with our direct client which is one of the major Healthcare Payers in the US.

Will this position be required to work onsite for any reason at any time? Yes, Working onsite will be "as needed"

Responsible for planning, development, implementation, and realization of business value for project efforts that utilize information technology solutions. Delivery Leads, oversee and ensure successful delivery and management of a single or multiple initiatives and/or projects within scope, quality, time, and cost.

• Build, manage and track against project budget
• Report and track on project performance and ensure business value
• Assemble project plans and work assignments, direct and monitor work efforts, identify resource needs, ensure business value is delivered, and escalates issues appropriately
• Monitor and manage project RAID logs
• Determine staffing requirements and form project teams
• Leverage project management methodologies and various software development lifecycle frameworks
• Track and report project milestones and provide status reports to project sponsors

• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
• Ability to communicate technical and business topics in a clear and relevant way
• Develop and distribute project schedules

• 5 years of IT Delivery lead experience
• At least 2 years of leadership experience and project management
