About the RoleWe are seeking a Principal Commercial Data Solutions Analyst to join our Urology Commercial Data Solutions team. This position builds and maintains critical digital enablement platforms that serve internal functions such as Finance, Marketing, Operations, and the Field Sales Organization. You will create sales enablement tools, recognize opportunities, shape resource deployment, and help the field meet business challenges through timely, impactful analytics using Boston Scientific sales tools and resources.
The role requires cross‑functional collaboration across the enterprise.
- Technology and Reporting Innovation
:
Harness existing reporting tools and technologies to craft intuitive analytical reports and insights for field personnel and leadership. Lead the development and implementation of innovative reporting tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency across Med Surg divisions. - Strategic Project Leadership
:
Engage in and lead strategic projects aimed at advancing the objectives of Med Surg divisions, demonstrating leadership in project execution and strategic initiative development. - Project Management and Communication
:
Exhibit outstanding project management capabilities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, maintaining clear and concise correspondence. - Strategic Business Reviews
:
Generate tailored business reviews that reflect regional market conditions, customer challenges, and strategic opportunities. Offer comprehensive insights to support informed decision‑making and present findings to various stakeholders. - Performance Monitoring and Opportunity Identification
:
Monitor industry trends, performance metrics, and external data sources to pinpoint growth opportunities within both divisions. Utilize strategic analysis to drive decision‑making and identify potential areas for expansion or improvement. - Operational Excellence

Act as a pivotal leader within the product owner team, spearheading the development of new Salesforce functionalities. Lead the rollout of new features, ensuring smooth adoption and optimal utilization. - Diversity and Inclusion Advocacy

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 5 years working experience with data and enablement tools
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with SQL, Python, or VBA programming
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in analytical visualization tools such as Tableau
- Expert level experience in back‑office application skills, including Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint & Word
- Excellent interpersonal, writing, and verbal communication skills to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Desire to work in a high‑paced collaborative, teamwork‑oriented environment
- Ability to travel up to 10% domestically
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within the medical device industry supporting a field sales organization
- Minimum of 5 years supporting commercial operations
