The Project Manager will be responsible for coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of assigned software-based project(s), operating in a global environment.

• Provide project management support to assigned project(s)
• Responsible for the overall project management specifically focused on ensuring overall client satisfaction and quality of delivery, and performance of the engagement.
• Create project reporting metrics for assigned project(s) and provide status reports as needed.
• Develop and maintain project timelines for the activities included in the scope of the project(s)
• Develop resource plans and facilitate resource loading activities.
• Develop workflows for project optimization.
• Regularly update management for project(s) in scope of responsibility
• Utilize appropriate project management tools and techniques to drive project execution.
• Interface with appropriate departments for the successful execution of project(s)
• Additional items as determined reasonable will not require scope reevaluation.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering or Business and 5+ years of work experience in project management or related field
• 5+ years Project Management experience in the Medical Device industry with previous experience managing software related projects.
• Demonstrated project management experience leading cross functional teams and managing project scope, schedule, and budget
• Demonstrated experience managing projects involving excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
• Results-oriented, positive attitude focused on delivering timely, accurate and best in class execution
• Ability to draw conclusions and make business recommendations based on cross-functional team input
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including MS Project
• PMP Certification is preferred
