Secret Raytheon, managed by Collins Aerospace Mission Systems Resilient Connectivity Products (RCP) is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to lead the Protected Tactical Enterprise Service (PTES) program within the Strategic Communications sub-business unit.

This program seeks a program manager who can lead the program through multiple phases including:
* Drive the successful closure of the development program with respect to completion of development, integration and customer certification
* Supporting customer system integration activities to achieve initial operational capability (IOC)
* Successful program execution of a production contract
* Ongoing proposal and negotiation activities in support of Engineering Change Proposals (ECP) and/or follow-on activities

The Program Manager will:
* Direct all program activities
* Interfaces and partners with customers to ensure project alignment
* Manages the contract lifecycle, cost, schedule and performance of the program
* Coordinates the negotiation, proposals, business plans, budgets and contracts for programs.
* Establishes cost-focused performance targets and directs work to achieve these targets.

The PTES Program Manager must determine priorities, interpret and apply company policies, ensure risk mitigation activities are successfully managed and establish and execute long-term strategic goals. This role requires a leader with a strong command of PM best practices to enhance program execution. The leader will be expected to perform independently, confidently lead across complex cross functional teams, foster a culture of accountability and execution excellence and be a role model of RTX values and leadership behaviors.

The Program Manager will lead strategy, vision and tactical direction of the business with a focus on meeting contractual commitments and company expectations as set forth by the business. This role is responsible for downward communication of top-level project goals, objectives and decisions and upward communication of program performance to senior management.

This is a Hybrid role, based out of Marlborough, MA, and you can expect up to ~20% travel domestically. Due to the nature and clearance requirements of this role, selected candidate must live within a commutable distance to our Marlborough, MA facility.

*** Assures on-time execution of contracts and proposal submittals through empowerment, communication, setting expectations, and building teams.

* Drives tactical execution while meeting strategic objectives.

* Leads the collaboration necessary across functional groups, broader RTX organizations and subcontractors to ensure program success. Ensures that functional resources, tools, and processes are utilized in a consistent way.
* Establishes roadmaps to drive down cost, improve performance, and win competitions.
* Maintains an energetic and productive workforce. Provides leadership to indirect reports, multi-functional teams and key partners with abilities to organize and prioritize to ensure successful execution of all commitments.
