About the role:

Within our Endoscopy division, Endobariatrics represents a rapidly evolving area focused on minimally invasive solutions for the treatment of obesity. These procedures offer patients alternatives to medical and surgical interventions, supporting improved quality of life and long-term health outcomes.

The National Manager, Endobariatric Awareness will play a pivotal role in driving education and awareness of this innovative portfolio. This leader will be responsible for shaping and standardizing the national structure for the Endobariatric Awareness Representatives (EBAR) role, ensuring the team is equipped to communicate the clinical and economic value of Endobariatric therapies to patients, healthcare providers and stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a national team of 14 Awareness Representatives, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, inclusion, and professional growth.
  • Establish and standardize role structure, expectations, and success metrics for the Awareness Rep function.
  • Integrate KPIs into performance management processes and drive continuous improvement across the team.
  • Design and deploy a national framework for awareness initiatives that align with corporate objectives and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, HEMA, and Compliance to develop tools, metrics, and resources that enable measurable impact.
  • Monitor performance data and insights to optimize program effectiveness and resource deployment.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align awareness strategies across functions and ensure organizational cohesion.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the awareness representatives’ team and business partners to promote strategic alignment, communication, and execution excellence.
  • Represent the team in strategic discussions and business reviews to drive visibility and alignment of priorities.
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 10 years in Life Sciences Marketing, Sales, or Field Clinical roles.
  • Minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience, with a proven ability to develop and manage high‑performing teams.
  • Proven experience working in a matrixed organization, collaborating across multiple functions and levels.
  • Experienced driving patient awareness and education activities through local programs.
  • Experience executing provider awareness and outreach for innovative therapies.
  • Demonstrated success in building organizational structures and integrating KPIs into performance management.
  • Strong cross‑functional communication and influence skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel up to 50 %.

  • Strong preference for candidate to reside in the greater Marlborough, MA area.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands‑on approach to execution.
  • Data‑driven decision‑making with an emphasis on measurable outcomes.

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full‑time position will be $115,000 plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non‑discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at  Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
