The Dicing Manufacturing team supports multiple internal groups by processing high volumes of critical components using fully automated dicing saws and pick-and-place equipment. This role focuses on precision, efficiency, and quality.

• Follow standard operating procedures to meet product specifications
• Mount, dice, and process substrates using automated equipment
• Load materials and recipes, perform tool setup and maintenance
• Conduct dimensional and visual inspections (microscope use required)
• Clean processed materials using chemical baths or surface wipes
• Maintain accurate logs, labels, and digital records
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment or process issues
• Support training of new team members
• Recommend and assist with process improvements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area

• 2-4 years of manufacturing experience
• Ability to read part drawings and interpret GD&T
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping
• Proficient in MS Office and basic Windows navigation
• Good math, reading, and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
