12-month contract (4 days on / 4 days off)

$25.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Night shift: 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM. Day shift: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM. Shift rotation alternates 4 days on and 4 days off.

Onboarding training required for first 4 weeks on the day shift, Monday - Thursday, 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM.

• Minimum requirement of High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and/or clean room is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Self-motivating and hard working.

• Light to moderate physical effort required.
• Standing/Walking for the majority of the 12-hour shift.
• Lifting up to 40 pounds occasionally.
• Bending, pushing and pulling daily.
• Occasional work at table level and/or overhead level.
• Wear appropriate PPE.
• Work in a restricted electrically classified area for use of flammable and combustible materials.
• Work performed in a plant environment.
• Exposure to elements such as odor, noise, dust, heat, cold, chemical and other elements.

• Maintain a safe working environment and participate in all required safety programs, training, and activities.
• Follow Operating Discipline principles, procedures and practices to ensure safe and efficient operation of assigned plant areas.
• Operate and field check process equipment. Monitor process conditions, equipment and control systems if required.
• Receive direction from area leads/supervisor and complete assigned tasks.
• Complete routine and repetitive activities such as labeling, forming and filling boxes, moving materials and equipment.
