BAYADA Home Health Care is offering a unique opportunity for a Registered Nurse, RN with a passion for clinical education. In this full‑time role, you will train, coach, and mentor newly hired RNs and LPNs, ensuring that our clinicians deliver exceptional care to adult and geriatric patients in Worcester, Marlborough, Franklin, Leominster, and surrounding towns. You will also maintain a small caseload of patients.

Important: Prior Home Health Care experience is required.

• Precept newly hired RNs and LPNs.
• Provide one‑on‑one clinical training during home visits.
• Collaborate with the RN Clinical Manager and Clinical Educator to ensure ongoing staff competencies.
• Perform assigned duties of the RN Case Manager, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor clients’ conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
• Perform client assessments as necessary.
• Coordinate case management and manage documentation using a touchpad tablet.

• Current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of one year of recent Home Health experience.
• Previous precepting experience is a plus.
