As a Registered Nurse (RN) with Hire Care Services

• Provide direct patient care to assigned patients, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures
• Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve quality patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes, discharge summaries, and medication records
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote patient-centered care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Massachusetts
