Kitchen Hand​/Cook at Airtastic Craigavon

We are seeking a Fully Flexible dedicated and passionate individual to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in food preparation and cooking, ensuring that all meals are prepared to High standards of quality and safety

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients for meal service, including chopping, slicing.
• Cook and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean workspace at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
• Monitor food quality during cooking and serving processes, making adjustments as necessary.
• Participate in cleaning duties, including washing dishes, sanitising surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.

• Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and cooking methods is highly desirable.
