Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty) (T1516) role  starting hourly rate is $18.00 USD per hour. The pay range is $18.00 USD - $27.00 USD per hour.

All About Style: A team of consultants who meet guests where they are and deliver for them through strong operations, guest experience and visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, inline inspirational and promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and to support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability on the floor through priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes with clearance merchandising practices and signing execution.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment by ensuring merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service moves back to the sales floor as needed.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work in a safe manner and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up while complying with applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting them with their needs.
• Engage with guests to resolve questions and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Thank guests for shopping at Target.
• All other duties as required by business needs.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
• Ability to communicate using multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology
• Effective communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Capability to stay focused and complete tasks within established time frames

• Accurate cash handling as needed
• Ability to climb stairs/ladders as required
• Ability to scan, move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 15 pounds and, occasionally, up to 44 pounds with assistance
• Flexible work schedule and reliable attendance
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout)
• Ability to stay mobile for the duration of a shift
