- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Leverage our platform to target qualified candidates seeking our diverse life insurance products, allowing you to focus on client interactions. - Client Consultation:
Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions. - Sales Presentation:
Deliver sales presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring to address specific client concerns and preferences. - Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, with regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and policy retention. - Market Research:
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive products to position our life insurance offerings effectively. - Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions; prepare regular reports for management. - Compliance:
Ensure activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset; ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
- Life insurance license or ability to obtain one (assistance available to acquire license).
