Account Manager - LATAM - Sales Recruiters

Our client is a privately held organization specializing in the data center storage and backup space. They have been in business for over 20 years, boast a strong retention rate of both their clients and the sales team, and have had strong YoY growth for the last 4+ years. They are looking to hire an Account Manager to focus on their rapidly expanding LATAM market.

• The Account Manager is an inside sales position focused on retention, expansion and cross sell opportunities within an existing book of business in the LATAM region.
• The Account Manager will be building relationships with IT personas and must be able to articulate the value prop and run discovery meetings in Spanish.
• The Account Manager must be comfortable in a solution based sales environment, consulting with clients on customized needs and working across internal teams to provide a complete solution.

• 2-5+ years of experience selling IT solutions, preferably within the datacenter
• Candidates must be fluent and able to conduct business meetings in English and Spanish
• Strong sales and business acumen with the ability to effectively communicate and consult with clients on their hardware needs

Location: This role is reporting to a Greater Marlborough, MA area office 5 days a week. No travel required.

Base Salary: $65,000

Total Comp: $110,000 (uncapped)
