At City Wide Facility Solutions – Boston, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow our client base and introduce businesses to our unique approach to managed facility services.
As an SDR, you’ll be on the front lines of our sales team—connecting with prospective clients, learning about their needs, and setting qualified meetings for our senior sales executives. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to break into sales, learn from experienced professionals, and build a strong foundation in business development.

What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and identify potential business clients through cold calling, email campaigns, Linked In outreach, and networking
- Set qualified appointments for senior account executives by understanding client needs and communicating City Wide’s value proposition
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (e.g., Salesforce or similar tools)
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and target strategies
- Learn the fundamentals of the sales cycle, territory management, and client relationship building
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales career
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections
- Highly organized and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required—recent grads encouraged to apply!
