Our Security Supervisor positions play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients. This role involves leading a team of Security Officers, ensuring post compliance, and delivering exceptional service through proactive supervision, training, and communication.
Pay & LocationBase pay: $22.00 / hr
Location:
Marlborough, MA
- Saturday/Sunday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Saturday/Sunday, 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
- Team Leadership:
Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers, ensuring all duties are performed in accordance with post orders and company policies. - Training & Development:
Train new and existing staff, review post procedures, and ensure team readiness. - Scheduling & Coverage:
Coordinate shift coverage and ensure all posts are staffed appropriately. - Client Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives, addressing concerns and ensuring service excellence. - Incident Management:
Respond to emergencies, conduct investigations, and file detailed reports. - Performance Management:
Coach, discipline, and evaluate staff performance; document actions and elevate as needed. - Patrolling & Inspections:
Conduct regular site inspections and patrols to ensure safety and compliance. - Administrative Support:
Assist with payroll, personnel documentation, and report submissions.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years of security or supervisory experience.
- Must meet all state and local licensing requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high‑pressure situations.
- Proficient in intermediate computer use and report writing.
- Reliable transportation and communication.
- Previous experience working hospital security is a plus.
