• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on standby generator systems (8 kW – 1 MW).
• Troubleshoot, conduct diagnostic testing, load‑bank testing, and start‑ups on generators.
• Prepare accurate quotes for repairs and complete/submitting work orders.
• Have previous experience working on residential or industrial generators.
• Exhibit exceptional communication and customer‑service skills.
• Be willing to participate in an on‑call, rotating schedule.
• Provide your own tools (multi‑meter, hand‑tools, etc.).
• Maintain a strong safety focus with an OSHA 10 credential (or ability to attain one).
• Hold a valid DOT Card (or ability to attain one) and a valid driver’s license.
