Seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and service water treatment systems at customer sites.
Responsibilities- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on water treatment equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation issues.
- Service systems including RO, UV, EDI, filtration, ion exchange, ozone, and pure steam.
- Support system start-up, commissioning, and testing.
- Read P&IDs, electrical diagrams, and system documentation.
- Maintain service records and customer reports.
- Provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Travel regionally and occasionally across North America.
- 5+ years of electro-mechanical equipment/system maintenance experience.
- 3+ years of electrical controls and instrumentation experience.
- Experience in water treatment systems preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel as required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable working flexible hours and handling physical equipment.
