As a Social Worker on our team, you will be a trusted advocate and problem-solver for people navigating complex social, emotional, and practical challenges.
What You'll Do- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ needs, strengths, and goals.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and their support networks.
- Maintain accurate, confidential case records and documentation in compliance with agency and legal standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including educators, healthcare professionals, and community partners to coordinate holistic care.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work (BSW/MSW) from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure (e.g., LCSW, LICSW).
- Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Resilience, empathy, and commitment to ethical, client-centered practice.
