The IT Software Engineer / Developer to be responsible for analysis, design, development and testing of .NET solutions which support enterprise business applications (ERP, MES, QMS, CRM, HRIS, Manufacturing, and Reporting) to meet the needs of the diverse markets we serve. The role requires a strong aptitude for understanding and analyzing business processes and the ability to design and develop simple yet optimal solutions.

The individual must have a solid understanding of integration/replication techniques between on premise, hosted, and cloud applications in order to facilitate enterprise data flow between these applications.

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions while supporting the organization’s standards and infrastructure using Microsoft .NET Framework
• Visual Studio C#, X++ languages along with a solid understanding of Microsoft Dev Ops, SQL Server
• Collaborates with end-user teams to define software requirements and acts as an internal technical advisor in the design and development of systems management tools.
• MS Dynamics 365 and data modeling
• Responsible for analysis of current programs including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problem programs, and designing solutions to problematic programming. Makes and recommendations for software purchases and/or enhancements.
• Performs any other function or responsibility as assigned.

Additional REQUIRED Qualifications/

Skills:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field

• Solid Understanding of MS Visual Studio, .NET framework, Win Forms development
• SQL Server Transact-SQL and relational modeling
• Good communication skills and ability to work within a Team and independently

Must be eligible to work on government contracts.
