Graduate Accountant

Overview

Our client is seeking a dedicated Graduate Trainee Accountant to join their team in Buckinghamshire.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious graduate with experience in accounting or a related degree to begin formal ICAEW Chartered Accountant training within a structured and supportive environment.

• Participate in a wide range of general practice accountancy activities.
• Prepare personal and corporate tax computations and returns.
• Handle VAT compliance and bookkeeping duties.
• Assist with accounts preparation and audit work as required.

• Recent graduate with proven experience in accountancy.
• Strong academic background, ideally with a degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Enthusiastic and committed to pursuing the ACA qualification.
• Hold a full driving licence and reside within 10 miles of Marlow.

The role offers a starting salary of approximately £23,000–£25,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive ACA study package to support professional development. Holiday entitlement starts at 20 days plus bank holidays and increases to 25 days on qualification.
