An exciting opportunity has become available to join our Operational Team within After Sales on a 12-month fixed‑term contract. You will provide professional frontline technical support to customers across our brands.
Position:
After Sales Support Executive.
Contract details: 12-month fixed‑term maternity cover. A work‑from‑home option may be arranged after training.

- Develop and nurture professional relationships with Service Centre agents, dealers and key stakeholders.
- Take ownership for all customer interactions.
- Authorise product collections and arrange repairs under guarantee.
- Identify cost‑effective opportunities and drive efficiency to enhance operational excellence.
- Adapt flexibly to support departmental projects from concept to delivery.
- Strive to improve product knowledge and own personal development.
- Willingness to travel within the UK as required.
- Occasional business travel to customer sites for RMA inspections and assessment of warranty returns.
- Perform any ad‑hoc duties as requested by the line manager.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in customer service or sales support roles, demonstrating ability to handle inquiries and resolution.
- Ability to quickly identify issues and provide effective solutions.
- Efficiently manage time to handle multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Strong data entry, typing and analytical skills.
- Ability to professionally manage key working relationships across the business.
- Effective teamwork and collaboration.
- Ability to develop trust and work autonomously in supporting customers.
