We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established international business for an After Sales Support Executive to join their UK Operations team on a 12-month fixed‑term contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for a customer‑focused professional who enjoys problem‑solving, managing customer enquiries and coordinating product support activities in a fast‑paced environment.
Working within the After Sales team, you'll play a key role in ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience throughout the warranty, repair and returns process, while building strong relationships with internal teams, service partners and customers.
As an After Sales Support Executive, you'll take ownership of customer enquiries and support cases from initial contact through to resolution.
Key responsibilities- Managing customer enquiries and providing a first‑class after‑sales support experience
- Coordinating product collections, warranty claims and repair processes
- Authorising product returns and arranging repairs where appropriate
- Acting as a key point of contact for customers, service centres and dealers
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Managing customer cases through to successful resolution
- Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
- Assisting with departmental projects and process improvements
- Conducting occasional visits to customers and service partners when required
- Supporting product return inspections and warranty assessments
We're looking for a proactive and professional individual who enjoys delivering excellent customer support while managing multiple priorities.
You'll ideally have- Previous experience in After Sales, Customer Support, Sales Support, Warranty Administration or Customer Operations
- Experience working within a product‑based business such as manufacturing, engineering, consumer goods, electronics, retail products or distribution
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to manage multiple customer cases simultaneously
- A professional and customer‑focused approach
