Travelbag, part of the dnata Travel family, is seeking a Travel Specialist to craft tailor-made holidays and deliver exceptional service. Based in our Marlow Travelbag Shop, you will identify sales opportunities, upsell ancillaries, and maintain Travelbag brand values while delivering a simple, enjoyable customer experience.
You'll greet customers, handle inquiries across face-to-face, phone, and email channels, work with a team, and help meet store targets.
