Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Join our Leaflet drop team in Marlow as a Customer Service & Sales Support Coordinator.
This is a varied, administration-focused role where you'll support customers, manage enquiries and orders, and provide essential sales and administrative support across the business. As the first point of contact for clients, you'll play a key role in keeping the team organised, operations running smoothly, and delivering an excellent customer experience. We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, quick to learn, and enjoys working in a busy office environment.
Attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn are just as important as experience, alongside the ability to use initiative and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound client calls, emails, and chat queries
- Confidently handle high-volume inbound phone activity
- Manage bookings, orders, and service-related queries
- Support clients through the full order lifecycle
- Respond to sales and service queries and refer opportunities to Sales
- Create booking confirmations, delivery instructions, and reports
- Maintain accurate CRM records (including Hub Spot)
- Support invoicing, reporting, and campaign administration
- Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers, including Royal Mail
- Support onboarding, shared inbox management, and general admin tasks
Working hours 37.5 Monday to Friday, with hybrid working opportunities after a successful probation period

- Minimum 1 Year Of Customer Service Or Client-facing Experience
- A confident and professional telephone manner essential
- Experience Handling High-volume Inbound Calls Preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, intermediate Excel, and the ability to create professional documents and PowerPoint presentations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- GCSEs (including English and Maths); A-Level/BTEC or equivalent
- Desirable
- Experience in the postal/logistics industry
- Advanced Excel skills
Additional Requirements:
- Occasional business travel may be required
- Flexible to work extra hours when needed
- Full UK driving licence (preferred for external meetings)
