Monarch Water, a UK-leading water softener provider, is looking for a Water Softener Engineer to service customers’ homes and businesses. You will diagnose faults, perform maintenance, and repair a range of water softeners while delivering excellent customer service.
The role involves fault finding on electrical and mechanical systems, managing daily workloads, and ensuring accurate service documentation and quotes. Travel to customer locations and adherence to safety policies are required.
