Monarch Water in Diss is seeking a Water Softener Engineer to service residential and commercial properties, diagnosing faults and delivering outstanding customer service. You will repair and maintain water softeners, manage parts stock, and complete quotes and service reports while ensuring payments are taken before leaving each site.
The role demands fault finding on electrical and mechanical faults, flexibility to travel to customer locations, and a proactive approach to problem solving
