The Asset Intelligence team provides a range of proactive services to assist clients with managing their estate and software procurement. With a focus on best practice and renewal optimisation, the team works with clients across a wide range of industry sectors, to ensure maximum value of obtained from the software investments.

The Customer Journey Team are a key part of the department, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end customer life cycle in relation to the Asset Intelligence customer assessments & services and accountable for ensuring that all new customers are successfully onboarded and Delivery assessments and fully managed and completed.

Working with our internal teams, vendor partners and customers, you will be key in ensuring every customer receives excellent value from the services and assessments we provide.

• Manage and co-ordinate the onboarding phases for all assessments & services
• Track and manage the full life cycle of the assessments carried out by our Delivery function
• Supported by the consultants, you will communicate the status and steps to customers throughout the Customer Journey process
• Organise customer kick off calls and taking meeting minutes
• Ensure consultants have all of the necessary information to deliver a successful customer engagement by creating consultancy pre-requisites packs for specific projects

We'd love you to have

• Knowledge of and experience with MS Office range of products
• Good planning, organisation and administration skills with attention to detail
• A passion for working with people and the ability to quickly build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders
• A pro-active, self-starting approach
• Willingness to learn new Technology
