Whistl is seeking an Implementation Support Executive to provide expert support for customers using our part and fully tracked services through WCMS. The role includes troubleshooting, handling change requests, and assisting with new service setups in line with SLAs.
You will liaise with customers, internal teams and third-party OMS/WMS systems to ensure services run smoothly, deliver system demos, and train customers on Web Despatch.
