Futon Company is opening a BRAND NEW Marlow branch SOON and is looking for a commercially minded Store Manager to lead the team and drive sales. You’ll be hands-on, coach staff, and work to exceed targets while delivering outstanding service.
Salary £32,000 to £37,000 OTE with personal sales commission; 28 days holiday incl bank holidays (rising to 33 after 5 years); 2–4 years’ management and sales experience preferred; excellent communication and visual merchandising skills required.
