40 hours | UK, Marlow | Salary: ca. £45.000 per year depending on experience
For 15 years, Train More has been the gym people in the Netherlands actually choose to go to. With over 50 clubs across Holland, we’ve spent a decade and a half getting this right — and we’re not shy about what makes us different.
We’ve built a gym culture where showing up feels good, every time. Where the energy on the floor does half the work, and the people around you do the rest. UK, we’ve been looking at you for a while. We think you’re ready for more.
As Club Manager at Train More, you’re the heartbeat of the club. You lead with energy, inspire your team to perform at their best, and take ownership of your club’s results. You’re responsible for creating a high-performance culture where service, sales and team development come together.
You don’t just talk the talk — you walk it. You know what great hospitality looks like, and you thrive in a fast-paced, commercial environment. You’re sales-driven, member-focused, and you love seeing your club grow. Ready to lead your own club? Apply — we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- You lead the daily operations of the club – from member experience to safety, staffing and cleanliness.
- You take ownership of your club’s commercial performance, including budget and KPI management.
- You drive local sales and marketing efforts to grow the member base.
- You recruit, train, and develop a strong and motivated team — from personal trainers to front desk staff and cleaners.
- You create a positive and professional team environment that drives engagement and performance.
- You are the go-to person for both members and your team — you set the tone and lead by example.
- You act as the local face of Train More and ensure brand standards are met at all times.
- You collaborate with HQ and regional stakeholders to align on goals, strategy and performance.
- You demonstrate proactive thinking and coach your team to do the same.
- You understand how to control costs without compromising on quality — and can give examples of how you’d do this in a club environment.
- You celebrate achievements and know what it takes to consistently meet and exceed targets and KPIs such as member growth, retention and NPS.
You
- Proven experience in sales with a strong track record of hitting and exceeding KPIs.
- A background in hospitality or other customer-facing environments with a service-first mindset.

- A hands-on, proactive attitude and a natural leadership style.
- A track record of building strong, high-performing teams.
- Results-driven, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- A personal passion for fitness, health or sport — and you lead by example.
- Stakeholder management experience.
- Experience in the fitness or leisure industry is a plus, but not essential.
We offer
- A chance to open a new club with us in the UK
- 25 days holiday (full-time equivalent)
- Unlimited access to Open Up, our mental health and well-being partner, for you and your family.
