Are you an experienced Prepper looking for your next opportunity with a growing manufacturer? We are seeking a skilled individual to join a busy production team, where you'll play a key role in ensuring products and components are prepared to the highest standard prior to painting and finishing.

• Preparing components and products ready for painting, including sanding, filling, masking and cleaning
• Inspecting surfaces and identifying any defects requiring rectification
• Applying primers and preparing materials for the paint process
• Using hand and power tools to achieve the required finish standards
• Ensuring parts are correctly masked and protected before painting
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Working to production schedules and quality standards

To be successful in this Prepper role, you'll need:

• Previous experience as a Prepper, Paint Prepper, Surface Finisher or similar manufacturing role
• Experience preparing metal, composite or automotive components for painting
• Knowledge of sanding, masking, filling and surface preparation techniques
• Ability to interpret work instructions and specifications
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality
• Good housekeeping and health & safety awareness
• A reliable and positive attitude with a strong work ethic
