Salary

Up to £31,500.00 per year.

Open to Full Time or Part Time (35.75 hours) – Permanent.

Through a supportive and hands‑on training programme, Supervisors can learn everything they need to become Assistant Store Manager in just 12‑15 months, qualifying with a Level 3 Retail Team Leader Apprenticeship.

Over 15 months, you’ll undertake close supervision and structured learning as you learn how to run a store, gaining a Level 4 Retail Manager Apprenticeship and a strong knowledge of how to motivate and develop a team.
