CM recruitment is seeking an inspirational Travel Store Manager to lead our retail travel agency in the UK. You will drive sales, develop a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences across tailor-made holidays.
You will manage store operations, meet sales targets, coach staff, implement marketing activities and ensure compliance and a seamless end-to-end booking journey. Weekend rota applies and you’ll enjoy an uncapped commission structure.
