Join our growing team and play a key role in driving financial excellence.

We’re looking for aрах detailed e‑iented and motivated Staff Accountant Clerk support our Accounting Department and conti­ them to the company’s financial operations, insights, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers hands‑on exposure to core accounting functions, strategic analysis, and cross‑department collaboration.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and complete monthly bank reconciliations
• Analyze and ensure the accuracy of company financial statements
• Retrieve and organize financial documents through online systems
• Perform client account analysis and reconciliations
• Execute weekly accounts payable processes
• Support the development, documentation, and enhancement of financial policies and procedures
• Identify opportunities and make recommendations to improve profitability
• Assist with annual budgeting and monthly forecasting
• Research missing payment information and develop effective solutions
• Evaluate, model, and maintain ROI projects
• Train and serve as a point of contact for summer interns
• Contribute to special projects that support business goals

What We’re Looking For

• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Strong technology aptitude with a willingness to learn new systems
• Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and collaborative mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 3+ years of accounting experience preferred
• Hands‑on exposure to impactful financial initiatives
• Opportunities  ideas and drive process improvements
• Collaborative solution with room for professional growth
