Overview

Lens Crafters is part of Essilor Luxottica, a global leader in vision care. We seek an Associate Optometrist affiliated with Lens Crafters (Luxottica) to work within the practice of a Lens Crafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.

As a private Independent practice, Luxottica operates the optical dispensary while the Affiliated Doctor operates the Doctor’s office and provides high quality optometric care and service to patients. The terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor.

• Provide high quality optometric care and service to patients within the practice agreement.

• Professional autonomy to care for patients
• Full scope of practice predicated on professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor (no company-imposed restrictions or quotas)
• Flexible scheduling including part-time commitments or adding work to an existing practice schedule
• Work in a fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment; many use advanced digital eye examination technology (Clarifye)
• Most offices offer the Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System with full tech and pre-testing support
• Automated online appointment book and patient recall system

Pay Range:
58/hr - 65/hr

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. A competitive bonus and/or commission plan may be offered, complementing a total rewards package.
