Assistant Teacher

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated, career‑oriented teacher with a passion for Early Childhood Education. This full‑time Assistant Teacher will work Monday–Friday at The Malvern School of Marlton.

• Assist in the implementation of a superior Early Childhood Education program in accordance with school policies and Malvern School philosophy.
• Mantain a safe, healthy, and educational environment for the class.
• Communicate regularly with parents, in person and through the use of technology, meeting or exceeding parent expectations.

• High school diploma and be at least 18 years of age.
• At least 2,500 hours (1 year, 4 months) of documented experience with young children in a licensed facility OR 15 relevant college credits (or CDA) and at least 1,250 hours (8 months) documented experience with young children in a licensed facility.
• Must be (or be willing to start) pursuing a CDA (Child Development Associate) OR a degree in the field.
