Processor, Servicing Treasury I (Marlton Office)
Processor, Servicing Treasury I – In‑office role based at Marlton, NJ. Monday through Friday, scheduled hours of either 7:30 am‑4:00 pm or 8:00 am‑4:30 pm.
Summary: The Servicing Treasury Processor I is responsible for accurately and timely processing to the servicing system daily. The role works collaboratively with business units to ensure company guidelines and processes are met.
Essential Job Functions- Process outgoing payments (checks) to vendors and borrowers.
- Reconciling, scanning and disbursing (mailing) checks.
- Open mail.
- Update daily logs – Knowledge of Excel Level 1.
- Prepare overnight (UPS) packages.
- Work department CITs, completing, or updating and forwarding.
- Work pending and exception items.
- Enter wires / ACH’s into banking system.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Other Related Duties: Performs other related duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications- Attention to detail is a must.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information within a secure working environment.
Education and/or
Experience:
High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience/training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language
Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical
Skills:
Ability to add and subtract two‑digit numbers, and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform operations using units of American money, weight, volume, and distance.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Compensation and Benefits: The estimated base pay for this role is the annualized equivalent of $32,000.00–$38,000.00, depending on experience, qualifications, market location, and other job‑related factors. In addition, this role is eligible for commissions based on performance and productivity against commission plan parameters.
