Job Description

As a Fraud & Risk Specialist, you will build a career in Fraud & Risk management, maintaining the integrity of our gaming platform. Your work will involve analyzing player accounts for fraudulent activities, managing payment transactions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Investigating fraud, reviewing transaction data, and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Monitoring transactions against internal risk controls, assessing deposit/withdrawal/product activity, and analyzing betting patterns to identify risk behaviors.
  • Using proactive investigation techniques to uncover new and emerging threats and producing detailed fraud reports.
  • Contacting customers via telephone and email and offering 2nd‑line support for fraud and risk queries.

The role follows an overnight shift:
Monday to Sunday, 9:00 pm to 8:30 am, with 7 days off. Flexibility may be required during major sporting events.

Salary range: $58,000 – $72,000 annually.

  • Computer literacy, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Interest in Fraud and Risk.
  • Compliance with individual licensing requirements and regulations.
